The data controller is Fondazione Polimnia, Via Monterone 2, 00186 Rome, Italy, reachable at segreteria@fondazionepolimnia.it.
Data sent with a membership application is used to assess it and, if admitted, to keep the register of the relevant category (statute art. 21). The email address left for the newsletter is used only to send it, after confirmation, until you unsubscribe. Donation data is kept to meet reporting obligations (art. 6.6). Legal bases: consent, pre-contractual measures, statutory and legal obligations. Data is stored on servers in the European Union and is not shared with third parties.
The site only uses a technical session cookie for the members’ area. It uses no profiling cookies or tracking tools and loads no resources from external services.
You may exercise your rights under articles 15–22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 by writing to the Secretariat.
