Made up of the Founders, it oversees the Foundation’s activities, approves the accounts, appoints the Board and the Supervisory Body, decides on amendments to the statute and gives a binding opinion on admissions.
From 3 to 15 members. It handles ordinary and extraordinary management, prepares programmes, regulations and accounts, and decides on admissions. The Chair is the legal representative.
Formed by Founders, Participants and Supporters, it meets at least once a year: it sets multi-year objectives and proposes programmes and activities.

Appointed by the Board among highly qualified people, it advises and makes proposals on research, studies and scientific programmes.

It oversees compliance with the law and the statute, sound administration and the pursuit of civic and solidarity aims; it serves for three financial years.
